We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mylifesessentials.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer because of the free shipping policy we follow for all items in the USA. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by mail: support@mylifesessentials.com with photos of the wrong product, we will be providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement product immediately.


You have 14 days to return your product if it is not to your liking  the return shipping cost, however, will be at the customer’s expense

After 14 days we only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us by email: support@mylifesessentials.com. We will process the free exchange.


We usually ship orders immediately. Therefore if you’d wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately (No later than 12 hours after order has been placed ) to see  if it is possible to cancel your order. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

  3. You must return the product and provide a tracking number.
  4. Once the tracking number has been received (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file.
  5. In order for My Life’s Essentials to ship a replacement product or process a refund for a damaged or incorrect product we require a tracking number for the item returned.
